Cindi Gardner entered the field of mortgage lending 23 years ago, and started a net branch of a large Mortgage Company in the Silicon Valley in 2003. She has worked directly with savings & loans, banks, and mortgage banks, in California and Georgia. In January 2007, she earned the designation Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) expanding the platform of tools she utilizes to assist her clients in their mortgage planning and debt management. Cindi relies on an extensive network of financial and real estate professionals to help clients in a variety of situations.

Past accomplishments include a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA; completing a marathon for Team in Training, and a successful fundraiser for Muscular Dystrophy Association, Leukemia Society and school districts in Atlanta and Silicon Valley. A co-founder of the Leland High School Gridiron Club and graduate of the Los Gatos Leadership Forum, she is also a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Financial Women’s Association, UCLA Alumni Association and the California Association of Mortgage Brokers.
