Having started in the mortgage business in the 70's, I worked in most job capacities for companies large and small. I always self-trained, then spent much of my time developing and implementing training for the rest of my co-workers or my staff. I started my own training company in 1993 because I wanted to devote more time to the development of meaningful training material. Since that time, I have continued to consult with and setup training systems in many companies, both large and small. I so wholeheartedly believe in my empowerment that it provides!

Leslie quit her last job as VP over compliance and originations to start her own business in 1993. She has focused on the technical aspects of the mortgage industry ever since, and is known for her research, accuracy, and the ability to show origination staffs everywhere how to make their loan work.

As an expert in mortgage compliance, Leslie has consulted and trained extensively with large and small mortgage companies, banks, various state mortgage associations, the ABA and myriad goverment housing agencies - all to ensure compliance with federal mortgage guidelines.
